Davi Brito’s ex-girlfriend, Mani Rego decided to register her name for commercial purposes. Through the Maria Preta Institute, of which she is a member, the influencer has already entered the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), a body linked to the Ministry of Economy responsible for granting and guaranteeing intellectual property rights. The information is from Quem.

According to the publication, the intention of the girl, who was named Celsilene, is to use the brand for promotion, management and business administration.

Recently, the Bahian wanted to patent the catchphrase “Calabreso”, created by Toninho Tornado, but ran into an obstacle: the comedian’s artistic agency, Non Stop Produções.

Led by Kaká Diniz, husband of Simone Mendes, the producer decided to fight for the brand which, after all, is original to one of its clients. The former partner of the BBB24 champion took action after starting to sell the X-Calabreso in her cafeteria and also requested that the name of the sandwich be registered.

As there was no mention of the word at INPI, Mani decided to take the floor in February, with the TV Globo attraction still on the air, where Davi, in a fight with Buddha, asked “calm down, calabreso”, causing the expression to go viral further.

Due to the conflict, Mani Rego gave up and renounced the request to register the term.
