According to reports from customers published on social media, it is not possible to make Pix through the bank’s application, available for Android and iPhone (iOS). When trying to make the transaction, the app displays the message “Oops! Something went wrong with your connection”. Data from Downdetector, a platform that monitors the functioning of online services, shows that the failure began around 12 pm and exceeded the mark of 141 notifications at 1:05 pm (Brasília time).
