Enrollment will only take place in person, on May 13th, with the presentation of original documentation by the candidate. During the presentation of the original documentation, the Course Coordination will validate the documentation that the candidate sent by email and enroll.
The candidate must appear at the Course Coordination to register during the course’s opening hours. Course Coordination that was approved. If you do not show up during opening hours, you will be disqualified from SiSU.
Candidates for racial quota vacancies intended for black people (black or mixed race) must pay attention to the Call, available on the UEPB website and sent to all candidates on the list, with the Commission’s guidelines of Heteroidentification. Questions can be sent to the UEPB Heteroidentification Committee, via email [email protected].
Applicants for racial quota places intended for black people must only send documentation and appear at the Course Coordination after the Heteroidentification Committee publishes the results of the panel. The Coordination will not consider sending documentation before the results of the Heteroidentification Panel.
In the case of candidates who were invited to vacancies destined for affirmative action, for those who studied in a private school, with a scholarship and are socioeconomically vulnerable, and who are not registered with CadÚnico, they must forward the financial documentation to the e -mail [email protected], until May 10th. After this period, they will be disqualified from SiSU 2024. The documentation will be analyzed and PROGRAD Social Assistance will send a statement to the candidate, enabling them to enroll. Sending documentation to the Course Coordination without a statement from the
Social Worker will be disregarded.
Anyone who is already studying a degree and is going to enroll in a new course through SISU 2024, needs to cancel their current enrollment by May 10th, in order to take effect the new one. Anyone who is a UEPB student and wishes to cancel their current registration to enroll in a new course must send the cancellation request to email [email protected]. Only students who present all required documents will be allowed to enroll. Questions can be sent directly to the Course Coordination or by email [email protected].
