PGR analyzes agreement with former Bolsonaro advisor in Planalto and doctor in the case of fake vaccines

The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) analyzes requests for agreement from Sergeant Luís Marcos dos Reis, former advisor to Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in Planalto, and his nephew, doctor Farley Vinicius Alencar de Alcântara, so as not to be accused in the investigation into false vaccination records in the system SUS.

The former president, lieutenant colonel and whistleblower Mauro Barbosa Cid, the two authors of the request and 13 other targets were indicted by the Federal Police (PF) for the crimes, but reopened investigations. A Operation Venire took Bolsonaro’s right-hand man to jail.

The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes it gave five days for the PGR to analyze requests for non-criminal prosecution agreement – technical name for the agreement in which the accused confesses to the crimes, makes light reparations and stays out of the dock, as he is not reported to court.

“The defense of Luís Marcos dos Reis and Farley Vinicius Alencar de Alcântara requires that the files be forwarded to the Federal Public Ministry “so that the possibility of offering a non-criminal prosecution agreement (ANPP) to those being investigated can be assessed”, minister Alexandre de Moraes said , on the 26th.

The PGR received the process on the 29th and may comment this Friday (3).

The defense used a PF report to argue that the sergeant and his nephew did not have participation in Bolsonaro’s vaccination registration fraud and the daughter. The two admitted to having participated in the crimes in the false registration of Mauro Cid’s daughter.

“There is still no narrative of any participation of those investigated in the alleged crimes that would have involved, in a subsequent way, the falsification of vaccination data and the insertion of data supposedly related to former president Jair Bolsonaro and his daughter in the Ministry of Health systems”, informs the request, from lawyers Alexandre Vitorino Silva, Bruna Cabral Vilela Bonomi and Dayane Rabelo Queiroz.
