At 46, Marius Gustavson was leading a lucrative industry of dangerous and unnecessary surgeries, earning £300,000 from his website known as Eunuch Maker. His arrest, which took place in the United Kingdom, resulted in an indeterminate sentence, with a minimum period of 22 years.

His criminal activities involved procedures such as male castration, penis removal and even freezing the limbs of men who received money to undergo the operation.

His website had more than 22,000 users who paid £100 a year to watch videos of the disturbing procedures carried out by Gustavson and his accomplices who had no medical expertise.

The case became even more shocking with the details revealed during the trial. The convict admitted to freezing his own leg and amputating it, as well as cutting off the tip of his nipple and removing his own penis.

Body parts including testicles were found in his home in old food containers in the freezer. His own penis was discovered in a drawer after four years.

Faced with the charges, Gustavson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, as well as other charges relating to possession of criminal property and distribution of indecent images.

In addition to him, several accomplices were also convicted of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, receiving sentences ranging from 2 to 12 years in prison.

The case revealed not only a perverse and profitable business, but also dark motives, including sexual gratification and financial reward for those involved. There was disturbing evidence of cannibalism and the sale of body parts.
