What was supposed to be a moment of euphoria turned into long hours of tension. A young man, who asked not to be named, was threatened with death after PIX failed to pay for a World Cup album. The situation became a police case in Campo Grande.
At the time of payment, the owner of the bank, in the central region of Campo Grande, informed that he would only receive for the purchase in cash or PIX. According to the victim, when he went to make the payment, the PIX failed.

After the PIX failed, the victim, who was in the company of a friend, requested the acquaintance’s cell phone to make the payment. To the police, the young man said he had paid and sent the proof of deposit by message app to the owner of the bank.

To the police, the youths presented the messages containing the threats, proof of payment and transactions via PIX. Fearing for his integrity, one of the youths went to the police and made a police report. The case is investigated by the Police Station of the central region of Campo Grande.
