Ponta Grossa City Hall, through the Housing Superintendency, the Municipal Secretariat for Family and Social Development, began carrying out work on the electrical energy distribution system and installing transformer poles to serve subdivisions in Ouro Verde II, located in the Colônia Dona Luiza neighborhood.
Mayor Elizabeth Schmidt comments that part of this space is the result of an occupation subdivision, in which, after registering the families, the City Hall implemented a land regularization project. With this, improvements like this can be contemplated.
“These families registered by the City Hall will have better infrastructure conditions and, after payment for the land, through the Minha Casa Legal Program, ownership of the property will be passed on to the resident. Furthermore, other families in new subdivisions, who join the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program, will also benefit”, said the mayor.
The municipal secretary for Family and Social Development, Tatyana Denise Belo, explains that the first phase of the posting will serve around 185 families that already reside in Ouro Verde II. “The second phase of implementation will be to serve 113 residential units. Fifty of them will be built by the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Entidades program, through the União por Moradia Popular de Ponta Grossa (UMPPG). The rest of the properties, totaling 63 units, will be built by the Municipal Housing Fund”, says Tatyana.
The investments in this improvement for the community of Ouro Verde II, which includes the expansion of the compact medium voltage network and the expansion of the low voltage network, is approximately R$430 thousand. The installation of poles in the first phase of the project is expected to be completed within 45 days.
