A 44-year-old woman and a 45-year-old driver were arrested red-handed after the death of a 2-year-old child forgotten in school transport van, on Tuesday, 14th, in the Vila Maria region, in the north of the capital. According to the Public Security Secretariat (SSP), they were fined for intentional homicide. The defense of those involved was not located by the report.
According to the police, the victim had boarded at his residence in the morning. The driver left the vehicle in a parking lot, without realizing that the child was still inside.
