Accident happened on Monday night
The man who died after a accident involving five vehicles on BR-470, in Blumenau, on the night of last Monday, 13th.
Fernando was trapped in the wreckage and ended up dying at the scene of the accident. He will be buried this Wednesday, 15th, at the Indaial Municipal Cemetery.
About the accident
According to the military, the accident happened after a stork truck collided with three cars that were stopped on the road: a Fiat Palio, a Volkswagen Nivus and a Chevrolet Onix. When colliding with the three cars, the truck pushed them against another truck, this time a Ford Cargo.

The Palio, 34-year-old Fernando Dias, was dragged along with the trailer to a bank on the banks of BR-470. The man was trapped in the wreckage and died.
Other victims
The driver of the Onix, 34, was found walking through the area and had no apparent injuries. The passenger, 57, was taken to Santa Isabel Hospital. Another passenger, 57, was taken to Santo Antônio Hospital.
The driver of the Nivus, 39, was at the scene and was uninjured. The passenger, 26, was in the same condition. The driver of the Ford Cargo, 49, was treated by Samu and taken to Hospital Santo Antônio.
