The police were looking for a driver who committed an accident in May this year, in the city of Kariya (Aichi), when colliding with a bicycle. This caused injuries to the 13-year-old high school student, but the driver fled without providing assistance.

On Tuesday (14), the police reported that he located and arrested the Peruvian パストレリ・レジェス・デボラ・アイメ, 28, employed and residing in Toyota (Aichi), as suspicion of this hit-and-run.

The accident occurred when he was leaving the parking lot of a convenience store with his kei, leaving the student with injuries on the right elbow and leg.
