Highway police were called in on the morning of this Wednesday (15) to respond to a traffic accident with victims involving 01 motorcycle, 01 car and 01 chartered bus, at Km 52 of Rodovia Tancredo Neves, in the Castanho neighborhood, in Jundiaí.
Based on the location of the events, it was confirmed that there was a traffic accident involving a head-on collision between the Fiat/Mob vehicle and the Yamaha/Fazer, followed by a new head-on collision between the injured Fiat/Mob and 01 bus.
According to claims by the bus driver (company TransDej) and the eyewitness of the events, who was not involved in the accident, but saw the entire dynamics, the traffic accident was caused by the Fiat/Mob (company Desktop) which was traveling in the wrong direction. , which collided head-on with the Yamaha/Fazer.
Next, the Fiat/Mob also collided head-on with the bus that was traveling in the opposite direction, right behind the Yamaha/Fazer.
According to the reports, the driver of the Fiat/Mob was not performing an overtaking maneuver, but was traveling in the opposite direction, suggesting drowsiness, a sudden illness or another different cause.
The vehicle was occupied by the driver and passenger, both wearing typical Desktop company attire. In principle, the influence of alcohol is ruled out, since the Fiat/Mob is characterized as providing a public utility service, carrying equipment for telecommunications maintenance.
Two fatalities remained from the accident: the driver of the Yamaha/Fazer and the driver of the Fiat/Mob, in addition to the passenger identified as a serious victim.
The bus driver was not injured.
An ethylometric test was carried out with a negative result for alcohol intake.
The bus was not carrying passengers at the time of the accident.
The Civil Police called the Scientific Police to the scene.
The victim in serious condition was taken by SAMU to Hospital São Vicente de Paulo.
