The fuel price survey carried out this week by the Municipal Institute for Consumer Protection and Defense (Procon) revealed a reduction of R$0.17 in the average price of regular gasoline compared to the month of October. The value of this type of fuel went from R$5.61 to R$5.44 in November, which represents a reduction of 3.09% for the consumer from one month to the next.
The reduction also occurred with the average price of ethanol, which went from R$4.47 to R$4.28 at pumps in the capital, with a reduction of R$0.19 for the consumer.
According to Procon, vehicle natural gas (CNG) was the only fuel that kept its prices unchanged. On average, the price per cubic meter (m³) was R$4.76 for the third month in a row.
For regular and additive diesel, the Municipal Consumer Protection Institute identified an increase in prices in relation to the previous month, going from R$ 0.07 to R$ 0.11, in November, with a variation of 0.51% and 1. 13%, respectively.
