A man was trapped in the wreckage after an accident involving two trucks in the Jardim Universitário neighborhood, in Sete Lagoas, in the Central region of Minas Gerais, this Wednesday (November 8). According to the Fire Department, the crash involved trucks transporting asphalt and shackles.

The driver of the first vehicle refused medical attention. Four occupants of the other truck were taken to the Municipal Hospital of Sete Lagoas by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), while the other by firefighters.

One of the occupants of the shackle truck was trapped by the hardware inside the vehicle’s cabin, and another was trapped on top of the truck’s body. The dynamics of the accident were not detailed by the authorities. The Military Police assisted in the work by inspecting the track.
