Jeremy Rennerknown for interpreting the Hawk Archer in the Cinematic Universe of Marvelused his social networks to comment on his recovery from snow plow accident at the beginning of the year.
“I have been exploring ALL types of therapy since January 14th,” Renner wrote on Instagram. “Every day, countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, IV injections, stem cells and exosomes, infrared light therapy, hyperbaric atmosphere chamber, cold plunge and the list goes on.”

The actor was run over by the 7-ton piece of equipment while trying to help free his nephew’s car from the snow, near his home in Nevada, USA. The tragedy broke several of Renner’s bones, who also suffered a collapsed lung and a liver problem.
Renner has been sharing his recovery process on social media, posting videos of himself exercising and strengthening his legs. In April, at the world premiere of his series Disney+“Rennervations”, he managed to walk with the use of a cane on the red carpet.
“But my biggest therapy has been my mind and the willingness to be here and strive to recover and get better,” Renner added: “Being exceptional… I feel like it’s my duty to do so. To not waste my life, and to give back to my family, friends, and all of you who helped me endure. I thank everyone,” he continued.
