Motorcyclist dies in accident in Blumenau; After first crash, car loses control and invades restaurant

One crash between a car and a motorcycle left one person dead this Saturday (3), in Blumenau. The traffic accident occurred on Doutor Pedro Zimmermann Street, in Itoupava Central.

According to information from the Military Fire Department, which responded to the incident, the motorcycle was driven by a 32-year-old man. When the rescue team arrived at the scene, he already had no vital signs.

The driver of the car, a 65-year-old man, had injuries to his face and was taken to Hospital Santa Isabel for medical treatment. There were two other people still in the vehicle, one aged 11 and the other aged 12, who were not injured.

After the crash between the car and the motorcycle, the driver of the vehicle ended up losing control and crashed into the wall of a restaurant. The wall fell and the vehicle ended up breaking into the establishment. No one was injured at that time.

In addition to the firefighters, the State Highway Police and the Scientific Police were also providing support in the incident.
