Bianca Andrade talks about car accident on Via Dutra: “Strong, very heavy… horrible scare” | South of Rio and Costa Verde

Businesswoman and influencer Bianca Andrade, known as Boca Rosa, spoke for the first time this Friday afternoon (3) about the car accident she suffered on Via Dutra. She published a series of stories on her Instagram (watch the video above).

In the early hours of Thursday (2), the car she was in crashed into a tree in the municipality of Barra Mansa (RJ). In addition to Bianca, her two-year-old son Cris, Dayane, the child’s nanny, and Genilson, the driver, were in the vehicle.

“It was very strong, very heavy. We were on the track and a trailer came on top of us. Our driver got out and hit the tree head-on. The car was a total loss, guys, and thank God my baby was in the car seat with a seat belt. Day too, our nanny, our driver…”, said Bianca.

Bianca, Cris and Dayane were rescued and initially taken to a private hospital in Barra Mansa, where they spent the night. On Thursday afternoon, everyone was transferred to a private hospital in São Paulo (SP).

“Mine, at first, had an invoice, but now I had another resonance and it didn’t show the fracture, just some little things in the ligament, a little air, which invaded this area here [peito] because of the impact. Day is here in hospital with me, we are exchanging messages. She also has a little pain in her stomach, a little liquid, too, but it is now super reversible. She is also being monitored with me. In principle, we don’t need to do any surgery, we are fine”, explained Bianca.

The driver was not injured, but was taken to the same hospital and later released. This Friday morning, Cris was discharged and went to her father’s house, fellow influencer Fred Bruno.

“Cris is perfect, he has a little purple here [na testa] because thank God he hit his head on his car seat, so he had a bruise here and on his leg because of the car seat, but he did all the tests and Cris is perfect, thank God”, said Bianca.

According to Bianca’s advisors, she and Dayane will need to remain hospitalized for observation, initially, until Sunday (5).

“As a precaution and convenience, the four returned to São Paulo this Thursday, 2nd. Genilson, driver, and Cris, son of Bianca and Fred Bruno, have already been discharged and are in their homes. As per medical protocol, Bianca and Dayane, babysitter Cris, will remain under observation until this Sunday, 5th, at Albert Einstein”, detailed the advisory, in a note released early this Friday afternoon.

In stories, Bianca Andrade warned parents about the importance of placing children in safety seats.

“I remember when I went to put Cris in the car seat… There are times when they complain, because sometimes the car seat isn’t so comfortable, but we play with him. I remember Bruno was with him and we played : ‘Look at the car seat, it’s much cooler’. And we put him in the car seat, distracted him… It’s a lot of work, but it saves lives. I don’t know what my baby’s life would be like if he wasn’t in his car seat So, it really was a release, really… We look at the car and say: it could have been much worse, much worse. So, just to update you: it was a shock, it was horrible, but we’re fine” , said Bianca.

Boca Rosa had left São Paulo (SP) and was heading to Rio de Janeiro (RJ) when the car she was in left the road and hit a tree at around 1:15 am on Thursday morning, at the height of km 289 of Via Dutra, in Barra Mansa.

According to the Federal Highway Police, the crash occurred after the driver lost control of the vehicle. Also according to the PRF, Bianca, Cris and the nanny suffered minor injuries.
