A traffic accident involving 22 people was recorded at around 10:30 pm this Wednesday (1st), at km 70 of BR-470, in Indaial, in the Itajaí Valley. The municipality’s Volunteer Fire Department was called and reported that, Despite the number of people involved, no one was injured and the accident only caused material damage.

According to firefighters, the collision involved a bus, which was carrying 17 passengers; a car, with four occupants; and a twin-train trailer loaded with fuel, with just the driver. All The victims were evaluated at the scene by rescuers and all refused to be taken to the hospital.
In addition to the volunteer firefighters, Indaial Samu and the Federal Highway Police (PRF) were also at the scene.
