According to investigations, Jesser is called Capixaba in a video sent to drug dealers in RJ.

In the recording, a man, still unidentified, asks him how to pack the “weapons of war”.

The RJ Civil Police names Jesser as a “matuto” – drug and weapons supplier – for the Red Command. In fact, one of the criminals who supply the Rio faction.

But Capixaba’s police record is already known to the Civil and Federal police. Based in São Paulo, Jesser was investigated by the PF for using a stolen vehicle, in Ponta Porã, in Mato Grosso do Sul.

His file also includes an investigation for embezzlement, in Leme, and cases of reception. With addresses in Espírito Santo and Macaé, in the North of Rio de Janeiro, Jesser has already been arrested twice, but was released two days later, according to g1.
