The Renault Kwid 2024 is now available at the French automaker’s dealerships. One of the cheapest brand new cars in Brazil – second only to the Mobi – starts at R$59,890 in the entry-level Zen version and reaches R$139,990 in the E-Tech electric version.
In 2023, the hatch is the French automaker’s best-selling car in the country. According to Fenabrave, the Kwid sold 42,848 units until September this year, 5,032 of which in the last month alone.

Engines
All combustion versions of the Renault Kwid 2024 are equipped with the 1.0 aspirated flex engine with 68/71 hp (gasoline/ethanol) and 92/98 Nm (g/e), and the 5-speed manual transmission. The E-Tech version has an electric motor with 65 hp and 113 Nm. The range of the electric version is up to 185 km using Inmetro’s PBEV cycle.

For Renault Kwid consumption data, we used as a reference the data released by Inmetro’s Brazilian Vehicle Labeling Program (PBEV).

Zen – The entry-level version of the Renault Kwid offers as standard internal opening of the trunk, manually adjustable mirrors, air conditioning, electric front windows, electric locks with automatic locking at 6 km/h, folding seat, on-board computer , double-din radio with Bluetooth, USB and auxiliary, 4 airbags (front and side), ABS brakes, tire pressure monitoring, start-stop, electronic stability control, hill start aid, daytime running lights with LED, electric steering, gear shift indicator, black mirrors and door handles, 14” steel wheels with darkened hubcaps and fabric seats.

Intense – Just above, the Intense intermediate version brings the equipment of the Zen configuration and adds electrically adjustable rear-view mirrors, an 8” Media Evolution multimedia center with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a reversing camera, glossy black rear-view mirrors and door handles on the body color, 14-inch steel wheels with two-tone hubcaps, black side sticker and fabric seats with exclusive pattern.
Intense Pack Biton – The Intense Pack Biton version includes the items from the Intense version and adds two-tone paintwork and 14” alloy wheels with a diamond finish.
Outsider – Rounding off the Renault Kwid’s combustion options, the top-of-the-line Outsider version has the equipment of the Intense version and adds Outsider stickers on the sides, roof rack, skid plates, 14” alloy wheels with a diamond finish, moldings side protection, green interior details and fabric seats with a pattern exclusive to the Outsider version.

E-Tech – The electric version of the Kwid brings the items from the Outsider version and adds rear electric windows, 2 curtain airbags, mirrors with turn signal repeater, exclusive side sticker, exclusive front grille and fabric seats with exclusive pattern.
