Accident in Santa Felicidade leaves driver injured

Two cars collided head-on and caused a serious accident in front of the Health Unit (US) in the Santa Felicidade neighborhood, in Curitiba, located on Rua Via Veneto, in the early afternoon of this Wednesday (1st). According to Banda B from witnesses, one of the drivers, who was injured in the crash, had a sudden illness and went the wrong way.

As a result of the crash, traffic slowed down around the neighborhood’s bus terminal. Léo, a businessman in the region, heard the knock and reported that it was a very loud noise.

Everything was calm, but suddenly there was a loud knock. I arrived on time and turned off the car, which, despite the impact, remained on. Soon the health center staff came to help the boy.

Léo reported that one of the drivers had had a seizure.

I didn’t get to talk, I just gave a signal to the staff at the station, who promptly came and helped him.

The injured driver was taken by the Fire Department Siate to Hospital Evangélico. The other driver was not taken to hospital.
