Equatorial (EQTL3) – Equatorial (EQTL3) bought the distributor Celg-D, from Enel, for BRL 1.575 billion and assumed a debt of BRL 5.9 billion.

The acquisition took place through the purchase of 282,965,232 shares of Celg-D, representing 99.964% of the company’s capital stock.

vinci – Vinci Partners acquired a minority stake in Effico, a company that provides basic sanitation services.

The manager made an initial investment of R$ 55 million and will increase the amount to R$ 120 million, according to da Vinci partner José Pano. (Value)

The operation was planned after the fund purchased the group’s 63.30% stake in December 2021.

ambev (ABEV3) – Ambev cannot sign new exclusive contracts for the sale of beer in bars, restaurants and concert halls until the end of the World Cup, according to a preliminary decision of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense.

The company said it received the decision “with complete surprise” and said it would take “appropriate measures”.

Payments will be made on October 20th.
