Camila started her career at a time of professional exhaustion in the nursing area, she opened her delivery service that works until today, Amar Cozinha Autoral, offering authorial and sophisticated dishes at surprising prices, and to boost her entry into the field, she participated in the largest gastronomic reality show in the country, received praise from renowned chefs and this consolidated its entry into this branch once and for all, she explains:

“I seek to work with high quality products, I love seafood and this is one of my specialties, I try to offer a fair price so that everyone can consume food that is out of the ordinary, our slogan is: Sophisticated dishes at a popular price. For example fresh pasta with octopus from R$35.00 is a very fair price, right?”

Camila explains that this is possible because it works only as delivery, which, according to her, greatly reduces operating costs.

“In addition to delivery, I’m now focused on a segment that is amazing and full of possibilities: Events! .

The Personal Chef Service is something relatively new, right? It’s not like a traditional buffet, Personal Chef focuses on offering a gastronomic experience exactly as the customer expects, we put together the menu and style of service together, thinking about every detail, from the menu to the choice of crockery and decoration.

There are several types of services, from traditional lunch or dinner, served in 3 courses, with starter, main course and dessert, there is the finger food service, which are the dishes all assembled in small portions to offer a greater variety of options and facilitate the way of serving, mixed service with finger food starters and then a main course, the desired gastronomic islands that are tables with cold cuts and some options of hot dishes, breads, antipasti that bring an incredible beauty to the event, in short, there are several options, what I consider a great differential are infinite possibilities, from an event for many people to an intimate service for 10 people, have you ever thought about inviting friends to socialize and instead of wasting time thinking about the gastronomic part, leave it to a Chef? Amazing right? That’s the proposal.”

Camila tells a little about her plans for the future:

“In the future I intend to open my first commercial establishment to receive my clients and friends who are fundamental pieces in my trajectory, they are the ones who drive my dreams when they hire my services.

A restaurant would be the perfect place to show my work to more and more people.”

“I believe that food has the power to mark moments, cooking is an act of love for others, food is affection, affection and delivery.

I want to offer good moments through my dishes, I want them to compose an affective memory of each customer, that way I will know that my work is being done well!”
