Capcom has released the latest sales figures for its hit games. We’re talking about updates for Resident Evil 4, Dragon’s Dogma 2, and other big franchises that have moved large fan bases in recent months and filled the company’s pockets.

This information was disclosed in the most recent report delivered to the Japanese publisher’s investors. Check out the outlook for the 2023 fiscal year, closed on March 31, 2024:

  • Street Fighter 6 sold more than 3.3 million units, contributing to the improvement of the segment’s results;
  • Dragon’s Dogma 2 reached 2.62 million units sold, also highlighting a good volume of sales for “Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen”;
  • Monster Hunter: World reached cumulative sales of 25.32 million units, driven by the announcement of “Monster Hunter Wilds”;
  • Resident Evil 4 reached 7.02 million units sold, contributing strongly to the growth in catalog sales;
  • Overall, 36.29 million units of catalog titles were sold, surpassing the 29.3 million units in the previous period;
  • Monster Hunter Now, available for mobile, surpassed 10 million downloads worldwide, expanding IP recognition;

Still talking about the digital content segment, Capcom left the following mention about the general commercial performance:

As a result, the segment had net sales of US$768,420.49* (growth of 22.1% compared to the previous year) and operating profit of US$383,636.37* (growth of 11.8% compared to the previous year).
