Former UFC fighter Pearl Gonzalez underwent a painful procedure this week. But anyone who thinks the sensation was experienced in an octagon or in the ring, where the athlete is used to competing, is wrong. This time, the American went to a clinic to undergo an unusual experience: removing a tattoo stamped on her breast.

With the experience of a professional in combat sports, ‘The Chi-Town Princess’ guarantees that the session was also quite painful. Through your social networks (see below or click

), the fighter shared the first of the 11 laser treatments planned for the total removal of the tattoo on her right breast.

Art in the region illustrates some clouds surrounding a moon. But apparently the tattoo doesn’t appeal to Pearl anymore. Through interactive messages with her fans, the athlete admitted that the withdrawal process is more uncomfortable than the realization itself. The American also has other large tattoos on her back and leg that, if given the opportunity, she would also get rid of, as she highlighted on her social media.

“Yes (the removal process) works. But I need ten more sessions. Removal is much more painful and expensive, but if you can handle the tattoo, you can also handle the laser to remove the tattoo. If I could get rid of all my tattoos, I would,” said Gonzalez on his social media.

With stints in UFC and Invicta, Pearl currently competes in boxing events. In professional MMA, the fighter accumulated ten triumphs and five setbacks in her record. Within the brief stay at Ultimate, there were two defeats: to the Brazilian Poliana Botelho and against the American Cynthia Calvillo, both in 2017.
