Mexican football player Sergio Alberto Jáuregui, 28, was murdered on Sunday (28/1) during an amateur football match in the city of Cuautla, Mexico. The case has gained great repercussion in recent days.
Jáuregui was on the field when he approached the bench to hydrate. It was at that moment that he ended up surprised by the bandit, who shot at least six times at the player.
The emergency service was called and attended to Jáuregui, but he had already lost a lot of blood and could not resist.
The criminal fled and has not yet been found. The motivation of murder is being investigated by the Mexican police.
