The Brazilian team takes the field this Thursday (1), for the last round of the group stage of the Pre-Olympic Tournament. Already qualified for the final quadrangular, Ramon Menezes’ team faces Venezuela, host of the competition, at 8pm (Brasília time), at the Brígido Iriarte National Stadium, in Caracas.

But, if on the one hand the Brazilians are already confirmed in the next phase, the Venezuelans need the result to qualify. After all, they need to beat Brazil to come second in Group A and, consequently, secure their place. However, if they lose or draw, Ecuador will advance.

Where to watch

SporTV broadcasts the Brazilian team’s match against Venezuela.

Brazil’s lineup for this clash is uncertain, after all, Ramon can spare some players, such as midfielder Andrey Santos, who is suspended. The one who is out of the match is defender Arthur Chaves, who is suspended due to two yellow cards. In his place, the tendency is for Luan Patrick to be cast.

Thus, Brazil can face Venezuela with: Mycael; Khellven, Lucas Fasson, Luan Patrick and Rikelme; Andrey Santos (Ronald), Alexsander, Marlos Gomes and Mauricio; John Kennedy and Endrick.

On the other hand, the Venezuela team, which will go into the match at full strength, must maintain the same formation that started the 1-0 victory against Colombia: Rodriguez; Rafael, Vivas, Ferro and Rivas; Faya, Ortega and Segovia; Martínez, Riasco and Bolívar.
