Two months after the injury to his right ankle, the striker Victor Roque returned to training with the squad Athletico. The young man appeared in the images released by the club during work this Monday (20), at CT do Caju.
With this, Vitor Roque could be new among those listed for the duel against Vasco on Saturday (25), at 7:30 pm, at Ligga Arena, for the 35th round of the Brasileirão. The club will still have four more training sessions before the match, so the attacker can be monitored if he is not yet 100% and feels pain. In addition to Vasco, Furacão still faces Cruzeiro, Santos and Cuiabá in this final stretch.

The young man was injured from the game against Internacional, 2-1, in the 24th round, on September 21, after a hard foul by Nico Hernández. The player even left the stadium on crutches. The next day, after tests, a ligament injury was found. Since then, with intensive treatment, the young man has been progressing well and is back on the field ahead of schedule.
Athletico even saw its performance drop drastically in the last rounds of the Brasileirão without Vitor Roque. In ten games without the striker, there are three defeats, five draws and just two wins. Use of 36.6%, a performance in the relegation zone of the Brasileirão. There were also only ten goals scored.
Furacão’s success with Vitor Roque was 56%, with 10 wins, seven draws and five defeats. During the period, 34 goals were scored. Vitor Roque is still Athletico’s top scorer this year with 20 goals – 11 in the Brasileirão alone -, in addition to being one of the team’s waiters with eight assists.
The young striker still has an undefined date for his trip to Barcelona. Last week, the La Liga relaxed financial fair play rules to encourage more signings in the next transfer window. The changes allow clubs to increase the salary limit. With this, Barcelona may be able to take Vitor Roque in January.
