The midfielder is a reserve for the Minas Gerais team. The team is led by coach Felipão. According to reporter Jairo Winck, Grêmio would be keeping an eye on the former Inter’s situation.

“Ednilson can return to Porto Alegre next season. Information I received that Grêmio is interested in this athlete”, he informed.
The Magazine’s report attempted to maintain contact with the player’s representative, but at the time of writing the article had not yet received a response.
Edenilson spent time at Internacional between 2017 and 2022, when he was traded to Atlético Mineiro for around 8 million reais.
