Rodrygo celebrates Endrick’s call-up: “We can start rehearsing” | Champions League

The Brazilian team returns to the field next week, and future clubmates will meet for the first time. “We can now start rehearsing and then do it here at Real Madrid too”, declared Rodrygo, in an interview with the TNT Sports channel.

– We are happy for Endrick, for the moment he is having there, he is playing very well. We always follow. I hope he does very well now in the national team, that we can get along now, so that after he arrives at Real Madrid, everything will be easier – said the striker.

Rodrygo was voted man of the match in the Real Madrid win 3-0 against Braga, with a goal and assist. Pressured by the lack of goals in the Spanish Championship, the striker celebrated his good performance in the Champions League for the rest of the season.

– This is the fruit of my work. Even when the moment is not good, I never stop believing in my potential, in my quality. I know it’s just bad days, and soon better days will return. I hope to continue like this from now on – said the Brazilian.

The young Brazilian striker was praised by coach Carlo Ancelotti, who criticized the questions received by Rodrygo in light of the low scoring phase of the current season.

“Sometimes attackers don’t score and that’s okay. They are phases. It was clear that it was a matter of time for Rodryco, because he has enormous quality”, highlighted the coach.

Real Madrid reached 12 points in Group C of the Champions League and secured themselves in the round of 16 of the tournament. Rodrygo, Endrick and company will present themselves to the Seleção starting next Monday. Brazil faces Colombia, in Barranquilla, on the 16th, and Argentina, at Maracanã, on the 21st.
