Best moments of Inter 0x0 Fluminense
Alan Patrick gave Diniz a quick hug before 0-0 at Beira-Rio. After the draw, the Fluminense coach was asked about the Inter midfielder and praised Colorado’s year.
– He is having a great time, especially for this call-up he was leading the names that could be called up. But as the name suggests, it’s a national team, he competes with a lot of good people, but Alan is having an excellent year, playing very well, especially in the last three months, playing at a very high level. I really like the intelligence, technique and leadership he exercises over the team – commented Diniz.
Another name mentioned during Fernando Diniz’s press conference was Enner Valencia. The Ecuadorian was hailed by Fluminense fans for his mistakes in the Conmebol Libertadores semi-final and had a quick chat with the coach.
– I don’t even remember exactly what I said, but Inter were very happy with this signing. He is certainly one of the Brazilian’s main attackers, extremely dangerous, fast, strong, technical. You can end the match at any time – he added.
Diniz called up the team for the games with Colombia and Argentina, in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, last Monday. The midfielders called were André (Fluminense), Bruno Guimarães (Newcastle), Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa), Joelinton (Newcastle), Raphael Veiga (Palmeiras) and Rodrygo (Real Madrid).
