Up the Brazilian School Games
The Brazilian School Games, JEBs 2023, started on October 26th and will run until November 9th, this Thursday. An event organized by the Brazilian Confederation of School Sports (CBDE).
Almost 6 thousand student-athletes aged 12 to 14 participated, competing in a national competition of this size, divided into 17 modalities.
Far beyond a competition, it is a gigantic sporting and cultural exchange, with the development of values, such as sportsmanship, socialization and love for the country.
It is a competition that brings together the best School/Team from each State in Brazil. To reach the Brazilian Championship, the teams have a long way to go: Municipal Stage, Regional Stage and, subsequently, the State Stage. Therefore, the Champion School of the State Stage is the representative of the State of Santa Catarina, in the Brazilian Games.
Santa Rosa de Lages school girls’ volleyball is two-time state champion.
