Flamengo faces Palmeiras this Wednesday (08), at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), in the 33rd round of the Brazilian Championship. Due to the teams’ placement in the tournament table, the clash at Maracanã took on a ‘decisive’ atmosphere. In this way, the organized Rubro-Negro fans will promote unity in the stadium’s stands.
In an attempt to support the team during the 90 minutes, the Flamengo Organizations, the “Nation 12” and the “Urubuzada” will meet in the North Sector of Maracanã. In addition, flags and drums from the respective fans will also be present at the venue.
‘SIX POINTS’ GAME
The confrontation soon is extremely important for Flamengo in the Brasileirão. This is because, in the event of a victory over Palmeiras, Rubro-Negro will shorten the distance to the team from São Paulo, which is second in the tournament. Furthermore, Mengo can return to the G4 of the competition, which is the club’s main objective in the championship.
Even though direct classification for the Libertadores 2024 is the ‘goal’ stipulated by Tite, Flamengo continues to keep an eye on the leadership of the Brasileirão. In case of victory over Palmeiras and Botafogo’s ‘stumble’ against Grêmio, on Thursday (09), Rubro-Negro could be three points away from the top of the table.
In front of a packed Maracanã and united fans, Flamengo faces Palmeiras this Wednesday (08), in the 33rd round of the Brasileirão. The duel takes place at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã. At the moment, Mengo is sixth in the table, with 53 points. The team from São Paulo is the runner-up, totaling 59.
Coluna do Fla, as usual, brings the most red-black broadcast on the internet, with the ‘angry’ voice of Rafa Penido, on YouTube. However, Rede Globo (open channel) and Premiere (pay-per-view) show the confrontation.
