Flamengo’s probable lineup has Matheuzinho as a starter for the first time with Tite
Flamengo and Fortaleza face each other this Sunday afternoon (05), at Arena Castelão, in the 32nd round of the Brazilian Championship. Thus, for the confrontation, Tite outlined the Rubro-Negro lineup with Matheuzinho and Luiz Araújo among the starters. The right-back will even be among the starting 11 for the first time in this new ‘era’.

For the match, Flamengo has six absences. Allan is still recovering from an injury to his right foot and defender David Luiz sprained his right ankle against Cruzeiro, on Tite’s debut at the club. Gabigol (pain in the thigh adductor) and Wesley (gastroenteritis) are also low.

TWO TACTICAL TRAININGS
After the 2-1 defeat to Santos, in Brasília, Tite led two tactical training sessions. This is because only the reserves against the São Paulo team went to the field on Thursday (02), at CT Ninho do Urubu. Flamengo’s starters remained at the club’s academy for regenerative work. Thus, the athletes had activities on Friday (03) and Saturday (04) to train the tactical part with the coach, before traveling to Fortaleza.
