According to information from the English website ‘Team Talk’, Manchester United is focused on signing Ivan Toney, from Brentford (ING), but has some options as a ‘plan B’. Therefore, Taremi, Ben Yader, Marcos Leonardo and Gabigol appear in the background. However, the English club’s management has not yet made any official contact with the player.

RENEWAL BETWEEN GABIGOL AND FLAMENGO

In the sights of Manchester United, Gabigol is negotiating a contract renewal with Flamengo. The 27-year-old striker has a contract with Rubro-Negro until the end of 2024. However, negotiations for a contract extension have already begun.

Flamengo and Gabigol reach an agreement to renew the contract until the end of 2028. In addition to increasing the contract period, the attacker also wants a salary increase. The Rubro-Negro board, on the other hand, guarantees that it will not do ‘crazy things’ in negotiations, but intends to improve the athlete’s monthly figures.
