In the days before the Sao Paulo GPin Interlagos, Brazilthe world of Formula 1 has been agitated by rumors about the future of Fernando AlonsoSpanish Aston Martin which is, at the same time, linked to the Red Bull and also a retirement.
The two-time world champion, however, denied that he will join the bullfighting team and made a ‘threat’ to those who spread the rumor that has been widely circulated, especially on social media.
“Nothing to say, they’re just rumors… Normal paddock rumors. They’re just people who want to gain followers. All the rumors came from people who are not in that room (where the interview with F1-accredited reporters took place), they are those who just want to have fun and I don’t think it’s fun when they ‘play’ with these things. I’ll make sure there are consequences,” he said Alonso.
The 42-year-old Asturian competitor was also questioned by Motorsport.com about the search for the Brazilian Felipe Massa for justice regarding the season 2008 from the F1but ‘replied’ with a brief: “Nothing to comment, nothing to comment…”.
