Woman who accuses Daniel Alves of rape has image released and is considering going to court | Sport

The alleged victim of Daniel Alves in the case of the rape that took place on December 30 of last year, she is considering filing a lawsuit against a television program on the 8TV network, which aired images of her moments before the sexual assault.

In a statement this Thursday (25), lawyer Ester García, criticized that the publication of the images is a “more than doubtful pixelation”, bringing “irreparable damage” to her client.

The defense further alleges that, in addition to being “ethically and morally reprehensible for leaking, issuing and publishing it”, it could constitute infractions, both criminal and civil.

The lawyer stated that she is considering taking legal action against the program, which she criticized for the lack of “training on the right to moral integrity of victims of violence”.

Daniel Alves has been imprisoned since January 20. So far, both the head of Barcelona’s Tribunal de Instrução 15 and the Tribunal de Barcelona have rejected individual defense appeals against him, which demanded his release pending trial.
