Argentina’s main sports newspaper, “Olé” brought a pun as its headline for Boca Juniors’ runner-up in the Conmebol Libertadores Cup. “Maracabou”, highlighted the diary on the cover this Sunday, given the Xeneizes’ 2-1 defeat to Fluminense, in the final played at Maracanã, on Saturday. The Argentine club was looking for its seventh title in the competition.

Since then, the Argentine club has been runner-up on three occasions: 2012 (against Corinthians), 2018 (River Plate) and 2023 (Fluminense).
