The tongue like a whip! After allegedly receiving a hint from Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears appeared this Thursday afternoon (1st), on Instagram, with a message.
“I was told that someone was talking shit about me out there! Do you want to take this to the court or are you going to go home crying to your mom like you did last time? I’m not sorry!”, wrote, sharply, the little pop princess.
She used the word “court” in the publication, which, in a literal translation, can mean “court”. The context, however, indicates a reference to a basketball “court”.
That’s because Britney posted a photo of a basket, in addition to having said in her memoir “The Woman in Me” that Justin was once sad after being beaten by her in basketball.
Timberlake sent the supposed hint before singing “Cry Me a River” at a concert in New York, held last Wednesday night (31). “I will take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely no one,” he said.
The video of the moment soon went viral on social media and the phrase was seen as a possible message for Spears, as, in his autobiography, the artist confirmed that he had written the track hours after their relationship ended.
