After appearing in ‘The Marvels’ as Binary, Lashana Lynch talks about her future in the MCU’s X-Men


After reprising the role of Maria Rambeau in ‘The Marvels’the talented Lashana Lynch shared details about her future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), where she now plays the X-Men mutant Binary.

During an interview with ScreenRant, Lashana commented: “I didn’t know before watching the film. I didn’t know what would happen next. I literally know nothing. Every little detail of the character has been revealed step by step, so I learned about Captain Marvel, then I learned about Doctor Strange, and then I learned about The Marvels. I didn’t even get the script for it, I just lived in these moments. I know what you know, and that’s it.”

It is worth noting that the heroine’s last appearance occurred in the post-credits scene of ‘The Marvels’in which she shares the screen with Beast (Kelsey Grammer) from the X-Men.

Marvel’s next release, ‘Deadpool 3’will be the MCU’s only superhero film in 2024. The sequel, starring Ryan Reynoldswill bring back Hugh Jackman as Logan/Wolverine and, according to rumors, will integrate mutants into the new universe.
