The taking of prices for the construction of a building for the General Institute of Forensics (IGP-RS) in Bagé, scheduled for 2 pm next Thursday (8/9), is one of the highlights of the calendar of the Central Undersecretariat for Tenders (Celic), linked to the Planning, Governance and Management Secretariat (SPGG), for the period from 5 to 9 September. The demand aims to hire a specialized company to carry out the construction work of the Advanced Center for Expertise at Rua 20 de Setembro, 889.
On Monday (5/9), at the request of the Secretary of Finance (Sefaz), there will be an electronic auction for hiring a company specialized in the fields of engineering or architecture, for the purpose of providing outsourced labor services. There are eight jobs, five of which are for engineers and three for architects.
The calendar also includes, among others, three auctions for the acquisition of laboratory materials, on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (6, 8 and 9/9), always at 9:30 am, by various applicants.
In total, the forecast is for 37 bids in the week of September 5th to 9th, with the objective of meeting the demands of various agencies and secretariats of the state government. Companies duly accredited in the Electronic Purchasing System may participate in the processes.
The publication of the Celic Agenda is aimed at those interested in participating in the bids and increasing the level of transparency about State purchases and disposals to media professionals and society.
