Former Minister of the Environment in the Bolsonaro government Ricardo Salles ran over a delivery man’s motorcycle with a car after leaving a university in the South Zone of São Paulo, on the night of this Thursday (1/9). Although the delivery man was next to the motorcycle at the time of the accident, he was not hit.
Videos that recorded the moment show that the candidate for federal deputy for the PL left without providing assistance. Through the networks, Salles claimed that the car hit the motorcycle in the confusion that formed when he was leaving an event at the university. He also said that he later spoke to the motorcyclist and that there was nothing serious.
Salles was participating in an event at ESPM and, on leaving the institution, he was the target of protests from students who harassed him. Images shared by the former minister show that protesters had surrounded his car as he was trying to leave the university.
The candidate also shared a photo that shows that his car window cracked with the aggressions. At the time of being hit by a car, however, the glass was intact.”Horde of barbarians attacked our entourage yesterday. They threw stones, kicked the car and broke the windshield. In the confusion, one of the cars overturned an almost stopped motorcycle. the boy, who suffered nothing. And the motorcycle, nothing serious. ‘Pro-democracy stoners’ gang,'” he said on Twitter.
