The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Espírito Santo (PR-ES) will donate 237 items such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, tables, chairs, among others. The notice of undoing was published in the late afternoon of this Monday (1st), and interested parties must express themselves by September 6th.
According to the public notice (click here to access) on the website of the Federal Public Ministry of Espírito Santo (MPF-ES), the undoing will take place in the form of donation. The items consist of seven different lots, listed in Annex I of the Public Notice, according to the classification (idle or recoverable) and the location of the assets.
- Lots I and II contain 182 goods located in Victory;
- On the other hand, lot III, 19 goods at the Attorney General’s Office in Itapemirim Waterfall;
- In lots IV and V, 14 assets located at the Attorney’s Office in Linhares;
- In lots VI and VII, 22 assets at the Attorney General’s Office in São Mateus.
The goods must be picked up by interested parties at the address of each unit, as indicated for each lot.
According to the notice, the expression of interest in receiving the goods will imply the acceptance of all items contained in the respective lot and in the state of conservation in which they are.
The MPF maintains two channels to resolve any queries from interested parties. They just need to look for the PR-ES Logistics Sector by phone (27) 3211-6414 or by email [email protected]
Interested parties should forward the expression of interest form, according to the model in Annex II of the Notice, to the Special Commission for the Disposal of Assets of the Attorney General’s Office in Espírito Santo, indicating the lots of interest, ordering them by preference criterion.
Movable assets classified as idle or recoverable may be donated to federal agencies and public foundations; the states, the Federal District and the municipalities and their autarchies and public foundations; and, exceptionally, to civil society organizations of public interest.
