Two men were arrested by the Civil Police suspected of breaking into a house in the Luzimagues district, in Porto Nacional, and taking the victim’s goods in a trailer. The items were recovered in Taquari, in the southern region of Palmas.
The crime took place in a house in the Orla Ville sector on Tuesday morning (30). The criminals fled with a refrigerator, washing machine, television, fan, gas cylinder and even food.
Based on the information provided by the victim, teams from the 72nd DP began to investigate and identified two criminals who live in Luzimangues as suspects in the crime.

The police managed to locate the goods in a house in Taquari and later arrested the suspects. As police chief Diogo Fonseca reports, all of the victim’s assets, who are a maid, were recovered.
“It caught the attention of the team, the amount of goods subtracted and that even the purchases from the house were taken, reaching the victim to tell the police that his daughter would not eat that day”, he said.
The two men were booked in flagrante delicto for aggravated theft and confessed to the crime. After arrest, they were sent to Palmas jail.
