The Economy of the Sea is responsible for raising resources through tourism, energy, transport and other sources of capital, and will be one of the main themes of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), part of the meetings discussed in the Sala A TARDE, large novelty of the II Brazilian Congress of Law and Sustainability, which will be held on May 17th (Friday), at the Wish Hotel in Bahia.

The event will bring together dozens of guests, including CEOs, public managers, authorities and businesspeople, who will have the opportunity to attend major and current discussions involving important economic sectors linked to the Economy of the Sea.

The opening of the event, at 2pm, will be performed by Mila Paes, Secretary of Economic Development of Salvador. After the speech, the space will host 4 panels throughout the afternoon. The second panel will discuss Coastal Management and will bring together names such as Major Érica Patrícia, from the Environmental Protection Police, Otávio Freire, director of SPU in Bahia, professor José Rodrigues and Pedro Bettencourt, specialist in environmental management and requalification.
