Video: Police officer slaps woman suspected of attacking daughter in Pernambuco

A military police officer was caught slapping a 27-year-old woman in the face suspected of attacking her own 11-year-old daughter in Vitória de Santo Antão, a city located about 50 kilometers from Recife, the capital of Pernambuco, in the Northeast region of Brazil. country.

The attack occurred when the mother arrived with the injured child at João Murilo de Oliveira Hospital, as reported by the “Terra” portal. According to the PM, the mother acted to let the child leave the vehicle at the time of the approach, right after a witness warned about the situation.

The police officer questioned the mother about the behavior and, after a brief dialogue, slapped the woman in the face. “Was it you who did this? Was it you who did this to her? Was it? That’s it. You don’t like hitting, right? You don’t like it?”, says the agent after the act.

The mother was arrested red-handed and, according to the PM, an investigation is underway to investigate the police officer’s conduct.
