ALAGOAS – Civil Police completes II Tactical Entry Course with real operation and arrests 4 people after a week of intensive training.

Last Saturday, April 27, 2024, the Civil Police concluded the II Tigre Tactical Entry Course, Tactical Group of the Special Resources Coordination (Core/Dracco) with a real operation that resulted in the arrest of four criminals. The course students served six arrest warrants in neighborhoods in the metropolitan region of Maceió, resulting in the capture of four individuals.

The course, which lasted one week, was attended by civil police officers from Alagoas, Sergipe and Pernambuco, as well as agents from the Criminal Police, Military Police and Federal Highway Police of Alagoas. The theoretical and practical instructions of the course sought to train agents to guarantee their physical integrity during operations.

During the final operation of the course, which involved six arrest warrants, four individuals were arrested. Among those arrested, two were accused of murder, one of drug trafficking and another of rape. The police action took place in the neighborhoods of Bom Parto, Ouro Preto and Jatiúca, in Maceió, and in Mata do Rolo, in Rio Largo.

The Secretary of State for Public Security, Flávio Saraiva, closely followed the operation and congratulated the students and instructors on the success of the action. For Saraiva, the course is essential to guarantee the safety of police personnel, providing positive results in operations such as the one carried out last Saturday.

The general delegate, Gustavo Xavier, highlighted the importance of the course to promote knowledge interaction between students and highlighted the relevance of seeing the content learned in practice, evidenced by the arrests made during the operation. Delegate Paulo Bicalho, who participated as a student, emphasized the diversity of subjects covered in the course, which exceeded initial expectations.

The II Tigre Tactical Entry Course was praised for its scope and effectiveness, contributing to the improvement and qualification of the police officers involved. Carrying out the actual operation at the end of the course demonstrated the importance of specialized training for the success of police actions.
