The Government of Pernambuco announced changes to the Strategic Projects Secretariat.

The act of dismissal, at the request, of the Secretary of Strategic Projects of Pernambuco, Carolina Cabral, was published in the Official Gazette this Saturday (3).

In his place, civil engineer Rodrigo Ribeiro, current Executive Secretary for Urban Development Works at the State Secretariat for Urban Development and Housing, takes over.

In a text released by the State, Governor Raquel Lyra spoke about the change.

“I thank Carol for all her dedication to public service since the beginning of our tenure as Secretary of Social Development, Children, Youth and Violence and Drug Prevention and Strategic Projects. She also contributed a lot to Caruaru City Hall as Executive Secretary for Economic Development and Creative Economy and as Planning Secretary and I am sure she will be very successful in her new projects. Rodrigo, who was already on our team, takes over the Secretariat to continue our strategic actions that are coordinated by the secretariat”, declared Governor Raquel Lyra.


Rodrigo Ribeiro de Queiroz has been a member of Caixa Econômica Federal since 2012. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande-PB, an MBA in People Management from UNIFACS – University of Salvador and completing an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Team Development High Performance by IPOG – Postgraduate & Undergraduate Institute.

At CAIXA, he has held a management role since 2015, working in states such as Bahia, Maranhão and Pernambuco, where he was Branch Manager in the Executive Management of the Government of Caruaru serving 170 municipalities across the State.

Before working at Caixa Econômica Federal, he worked in the Sanitation area as an employee of EMBASA – Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento SA, where he held a managerial role between 2007 and 2012, responsible for the Operation of Water Supply and Sewage Systems in several municipalities in the State. from Bahia.
