This Saturday (3), the Government of Sergipe reported that emergency telephone numbers 190, 192 and 193 are unstable due to a temporary failure in the system of some telephone operators. In response to this situation, the State Secretariat for Public Security of Sergipe (SSP/SE) and the State Secretariat for Health (SES) acted promptly to guarantee service to the population through alternative numbers.
To contact the Integrated Public Security Operations Center (Ciosp), responsible for demands related to the Military Police and the Fire Department, citizens who cannot contact the numbers 190 and 193 can call the alternative numbers: 98816-6575; 98853-5677; 99191-3895 or 99191-3863.
To activate the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu 192 Sergipe), SES informs that, until the situation normalizes, the service is available for assistance by telephone number 99191-6617.
The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) was notified by the SSP, through Ciosp, and is taking the appropriate measures to resolve the incident and investigate the cause of the instability. The company responsible for customer service at Ciosp is also aware of the situation and is committed to reestablishing service to telephone operator customers.
SES also took measures, opening a call to the responsible operator, with the aim of resolving the situation as soon as possible and ensuring that emergency care returns to normal.
