Since taking over the DMV of Santa Catarina, former state deputy Kennedy Nunes says he heard from governor Jorginho Mello (PL) the need for standardization in service, as both found that in each city in the state, action practices were different.
According to Kennedy, when he took over and visited Detrans in Greater Florianópolis, he realized that what was happening in Florianópolis was different from Palhoça and São José.
From then on, career employee Leila, who is a technician and trained in Detran’s service practices, spoke to all sectors involved and created a first document of everything that will be implemented in the agency’s regional agencies.
Secondly, the vice-president of Detran/SC, Ricardo Aversa, ordered the creation of a Procedures and Penalty Manual so that all employees and partner companies have the same conduct in all cities that have a service station.
But people from Santa Catarina will also be able to know everything that is written in the manual, as Detran/SC will publish the document on its website (https://www.detran.sc.gov.br/) so that everyone who needs a service can of the organization can, according to Kennedy, charge those who serve them.
The book will be launched at a ceremony that will take place next Wednesday, 7th, at 10 am, in the auditorium of the Public Security Secretariat, in the Capoeiras neighborhood, in Florianópolis, with the presence of the State governor.
With this further action, Kennedy Nunes says that this will be one of the legacies he intends to leave for the department and that he also intends to provide more agility and security for those who need Detran/SC services.
