Implemented in the state Legislative Branch in 2023, the Alego Digital system, which aims to provide the processing of all internal processes online and, thus, guarantee greater transparency for the population of Goiás, continues to be developed, with the aim of expand the services offered on the platform.
During the parliamentary recess, a working group composed of the Technical Project Management Advisory of the House of Laws, Parliamentary Support Secretariat, Deputy General Protocol Advisory, Secretariat of Thematic Commissions and other departments carries out the mapping of legislative processes, with discussion of all existing possibilities.
The objective is to reduce bureaucracy in access to projects, bring transparency to the public, as well as eliminate paper and speed up the processing of matters. “With the new technological tools implemented, we are taking the Goiás Legislature to a new level”, highlighted the president of the House of Laws, deputy Bruno Peixoto, in a review regarding the platform.
“Each step of the process is mapped, to define a rite. From the creation of projects in the offices, through the protocol and its subsequent phases of activities and actions, as well as consideration in committees, voting in Plenary, until the final stage”, explained the project manager of the Directorate of Technology and Information (DTI) from Alego, Adaildo Vale.
The mapping process began in July last year, also during the parliamentary recess period, and should continue until the return of legislative work. “We anticipated the urgent processes and are now mapping the rest of the projects and their various possibilities”, highlighted the Secretary of Parliamentary Support, Sandra Maria de Azevedo.
According to the processes and systems consultant at Ágape Consultoria, Daniel Aquino, in addition to the internal mapping, which allows the visualization, in detail, of Casa de Leis’ projects, Alego Digital provides other various functionalities.
One of them refers to the map of propositions, where it is possible to consult, in the biographical profile of each deputy, on the platform, the projects presented by the parliamentarian in certain regions and cities of the State.
By clicking on the icon available on the map, the content of the projects presented, referring to that location, are opened for viewing, with access to detailed consultation of their respective progress in Alego.
